As a business we have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment in accordance with NCASS requirements.
This means that:
We are operating a cashless payment system only.
We are operating a ‘no skin contact’ process for staff and customers.
Our staff are washing their hands thoroughly at every opportunity and are continuously reminded to do so.
Our staff wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), for example gloves and aprons, for both your and their protection.
We are operating an upscaled sanitising regime throughout the business.
We have implemented social distancing measures on both food preparation and service, for example, you will be asked to maintain a separation distance of 2 metres whilst queuing.
We only offer single use condiments.
We recommend that all our customers wash their hands before eating any food.
All staff have been told to self-isolate and report if they have any of the recognised COVID-19 symptoms.
